From 1972, Dallara is one of the most famous brands in development and production of race cars (e.g. it cooperated to produce the chassis of the Haas F1 race car). The engineer Giampaolo Dallara, owner of the company based in the outskirts of the Italian city of Parma (and designer of the Lamborghini Miura, a symbol among sports cars of the 1960s) had a dream: creating a car that bore his name and could be suitable for having fun not only on track, but also on road. A dream that came true with the Dallara Stradale, the first road-goingGrand Tourer of the Emilian company. It is a sophisticated two-seat barchetta with a carbon-fiber chassis and it is a road car very similar to race cars.

The rear mid-engine is a 4-cylinder 2.3-liter turbo-charged engine, also used in Ford cars but completely reworked by Dallara. It can generate up to 400 PS and it has an automated manual transmission with paddle shifters. Considering the low weight of the Stradale (855 kg), it has the performance of a real supercar. The cabin of the rental Dallara Stradale is equipped with all the optional accessories provided by the company and with the essential ones: air conditioning, front windshield (in order to drive it on road without a helmet) and the top that transforms it into a coupé with two doors with a seagull wing opening. The bodywork is available in visible carbon fiber (with blue paint). For those who want to use the car mostly on track, there is the possibility to install a rear wing for exceptional levels of downforce.
