– How does the security deposit work? A hold proportional to the car’s value is placed on your card; nothing is charged unless there are damages or extras.
– Is the car visibly identified as a rental? No: all our vehicles come with standard plates and no rental decals for maximum discretion.
– What documents are required to pick up the car? A valid Category B driving license held for at least 2 years and a credit card for the deposit hold.
– Can I drive outside Europe? Yes, upon request and subject to a supplement for extra-EU delivery/pickup.
